We look at 3 simple ways to do so:
1. Offer packages that make sense. You should be trying to get the customer to spend more time OR more money at your facility, but not both. Effective packages focus on one side of this equation.
2. Use the word "FREE" correctly. When properly applied, free offers will not drive traffic, but will drive decision making. This way, we create opportunities to stimulate more revenue.
3. Be smart with your couponing. Avoid under-couponing and offering valueless discounts. Good coupons drive traffic, encourage additional purchases and establish customer loyalty.
